TN Staff Refresher Meet - January 2017

Staff Refresher meeting was conducted on 2nd,3rd and 4th January 2017. During this meeting, coordinators presented updates about the program in their schools and also shared their personal SWOT analysis. The monitoring coordinators planned for "target sessions" which was on the aspects of the program that the field coordinators needed guidance in.

The highlight of the meeting was the team building painting activity. The team participated enthusiastically and took away a lot of learning.
