IT
club was inaugurated in 15 schools of Chennai Corporation. Students who were
identified as the Student Master Trainer from the summer camp were grouped as a
team and also a leader was appointed along with the teacher in-charge
for the Club. As the initial phase “Windows Movie Maker” was taught by the DE
Coordinator for the students and IT corners were framed in the school. Joint Commissioner (Education) Mr. Venkatesh, I.A.S also
encouraged the IT club and he insisted to give some special training for those
students.
