DE Director, visit to Coimbatore

Mr. Sundarakrishnan, Director – Digital Equalizer Program visited Coimbatore district on 26^th & 27^th Feb 2013 for the HM’s Review meet which was conducted on 26^th Feb in the presence of Worshipful Mayor S.M. Velusamy - Coimbatore Municipal Corporation, Mr. Sivarasu Commissioner (in-charge), and Mr. Baskaran – State Program Manager, AIF. Students of special school showcased their projects. Teachers of Corporation Higher Secondary School, Rathinapuri shared their experience with the Mayor and the Director about the program through Skype video conference. Mr.Alexander, Zonal Coordinator presented the update of the program.
 Class X – Edukit DVD was released by Worshipful Mayor of Coimbatore. Prizes were distributed to best performing students and teachers of DE program.

On 27th Feb, Mr. Sundarakrishnan & Mr. Baskaran visited Corporation High School, Maniyakaranpalayam where the Dell Connected Classroom has been set up and interacted with students & teachers. Then they visited the Corporation High School for Hearing Impaired, R. S. Puram (Special School) where the Flipped Classroom model is to be set up by the civic body.
