Summer Camp May 2013

 Summer Camp was conducted in 12 Schools of Chennai Corporation and 23 Schools in Coimbatore Municipal Corporation. A total of 315 students participated in Chennai and 676 students in Coimbatore. The objective of the camp was to promote the 21^st century skills among the students, creating DSTs and Identify Student Master Trainer. Camp was planned for 7 days and students from 6 to 9 enrolled in the camp. The Students created  projects in Project based learning methodology and Digital Story Telling. 

In this 66 students were identified as Student Master Trainers. The highlight of the camp was the participation of the parents of the students on the final showcasing day. The parents were much delighted on seeing the projects created by the students. In Coimbatore the DST projects were showcased in the the HMs meeting in the presence of Mayor, Commissioner and the Deputy Commissioner
